Speaking Engagements Policy
To maintain excellence and alignment with God's assignment, please review the following before submitting your request:
Alignment:
Invitations are accepted when they align with Apostle LaShea's mandate of healing, deliverance, equipping leaders, and advancing Kingdom transformation.
Ministry Enviroment:
Host ministries must demonstrate biblical integrity, honorable leadership, and a Spirit-led atmosphere.
Scheduling:
All requests are prayerfully reviewed based on timing, capacity, and Holy Spirit leading.
Honorarium & Travel:
A standard honorarium is required for all ministry engagements. Specific details will be discussed upon acceptance of your requests. For out-of-city events, hosts cover roundtrip travel, hotel accomodations, and meals.
Event Details:
Host should provide the event theme, date (s), time allotment, attire expectations, order of service, and technical needs.
Confirmation:
Engagements are accepted only when there is clear spiritual peace and release.

How far in advance should we submit our request?
Please submit your request 4-8 weeks in advance, especially for weekends or multi-day events. Last-minute invitations may be accepted if the assignment is urgent and Spirit-led.

Are there any hospitality or preparation expectations?
Please provide a peaceful preparation space as:
a private office or room,
Gatorade
a quiet atmosphere before ministry.
If possible, an armor bearer or event assistant is appreciated but not required.
Does Apostle LaShea bring her own team?
For larger conferences or multi-day events, Apostle LaShea is often accompanied by her husband, however in the event he is otherwise obligated she may travel with an assistant depending on the assignment. The host ministry will be notified in advance if this applies.When will we receive a response to our request?
All inquiries receive a response within 48-72 hours with either next steps or a prayerful decision.What if our church/ministry is small or newly planted?
Apostle LaShea honors all ministries, large or small. Requests from smaller churches/ministries are considered with prayerful discernment, and she may adjust logistics as led by the Holy Spirit.
Can Apostle LaShea stay for altar ministry or deliverance?
Absolutely. She is available for laying on of hands, deliverance, and extended altar ministry if the pastor or host requests it.
When is the honorarium discussed?
Honorarium and travel arrangements are discussed after your request is reviewed and accepted. Your ministry will receive a clear, written confirmation.
